Availability
This is the actual production of past due notices. This is not a report. This program should be run at monthend and must be printed on a laser printer.
Purpose
This program creates the Safe Deposit Box Past Due notices for boxes with rents that are at least one month overdue. The program uses the Miscellaneous parameter to decide which 6-digit advertising code to use.
There are two formats for this form: one uses a double-window envelope and the other uses a single-window envelope.

Institutions may display messages in this field. Messages must be limited to six lines to format correctly on notices. Contact your GOLDPoint Systems Banking Consultant to set up this option. |
Mailing Address |
This is the name and address of the box holder taken from the Safe Deposit Box Master screen (function 301/302). |
Box # |
This is the number of the box and consists of two fields. The first field is the office number (up to four digits); the second field is the box number (up to six digits) (SBOFFC, SBBOX#). |
Amount Due |
This is the amount due for the box rent (SBAMTD). |
Due Date |
This is the date that the box rent was due. |
