Availability

This report is generally run at monthend. Consult your Customer Service Representative about scheduling this report.

Purpose

The Safe Deposit Box Availability report shows which boxes are available to be rented.

The information provided in the report includes:

Office where box is located

Box number

Size of box

Location of the box in the vault.

Report Column Information

Column Heading	Description
Office	This field displays which office the safe deposit box is located at (SBOFFC).
Box Number	This field displays the safe deposit box number (SBBOX#).
Size	This field displays the size of the safe deposit box. The six is set up on the Default Definitions screen (function 316). Any alpha-numeric name up to five characters can be entered as a size (SBSIZE).
Location	This is the location of the box within the vault. The location is set up on the Default Definitions screen (function 316). Any alpha-numeric name up to five characters can be entered as a location (SBLOCA).

Sorts and Options

The Safe Deposit Box Availability report is typically sorted by the office in which the box is located (sort 80), but can also be sorted by:

82	box size
83	box location within the office
