Purpose
The Retirement Plan Report gives key information about each retirement plan account. It is usually sorted by household number and plan number. It can also be sorted by Social Security number, short name, or IRA type. Send a work order specifying the sort option you want to use.
This report has the ability to give the total number of plans an institution has. In order for this additional total to be displayed, the report must be sorted by Social Security number first, then household number, and then by plan number.
GOLDPoint Systems Only: The subprogram controls print must be set to "Y" to print the total number of plans on the report. To sort by social security, set theSort fields to 82, 81, 80. Criticals should be 1 to 31 for this to work correctly.
•80 = Plan # •81 = Household # •82 = Social Security # •83 = Short Name •84 = IRA Type |
