Purpose
The CIF Address Cleanup Report aids in cleaning up CIF files. It can be sorted in a variety of ways to indicate duplications of addresses. This report can be sorted by:

Household Number  | 
This column displays the household number of the address sequence shown (NASEIN).  | 
Seq  | 
This column displays the sequence number of the address shown (NDASEQ).  | 
Address Line 1  | 
This column displays the first address line for the address sequence shown (NAADD1).  | 
Address Line 2  | 
This column displays the second address line for the address sequence shown (NAADD2).  | 
City/State/ZIP+4  | 
This column displays the formatted city, state, ZIP Code, and ZIP + 4 code for the address sequence shown.  | 
Mail Code  | 
This column displays the mail code for the address sequence shown (NAMAIL).  | 
Addr Type  | 
This column displays the address type for the address sequence shown (NAADTP).  | 
Phone Number  | 
This column displays the formatted telephone number for the address sequence shown.  | 
Ignore Merge?  | 
This column displays a "Y" (yes) or an "N" (no). A "Y" or "N" determines if an address can be merged during the CIF cleanup.  |
