Warning Report (FPSDR062)

Availability

This report is processed in the afterhours as desired by the institution. Generally it is processed at monthend.

 

Purpose

The Warning Report prints a report of deposit accounts that have errors or problems associated with various fields and/or related files such as CIF and retirement files. The information displayed on the report includes:

 

Account number

Household number

Short name of account owner

Account feature codes

Product code

General category type

Account type code

Warning code and error message

 

This report may be sorted by error code (80) in addition to the standard sort fields.

Column

Description

Account Number

This is the office number (DMACTO), account number (DMACTA), and check digit (DMCKDG) for the account.

Household #

This is the household number in which this account resides taken from the CIF System (MNHHLD).

Account Short Name

This is the short name of the IRS owner of the account taken from the CIF System (SHNAME).

Acct. Features

These are the feature codes selected for this account, such as IN for interest, CK for checking, RT for retirement, etc.

Prod Code

This is the product code used for this account taken from the Product Code field (DMPDCD) on the Deposit Master Fields screen (function 1/2).

Cat

This is the general category of the account, taken from the Gen Catfield (DMGENL) on the Deposit Master Fields screen (function 1/2).

Typ

This is the account type for this account, taken from the Type field (DMDPTP) on the Deposit Master Fields screen (function 1/2).

Cde - Warning/Error Messages

This column displays the error message code number and the warning/error message for this account. The following warnings are available:

 

01 MISSING CIF (NAME/ADDRESS) INFORMATION

20 INTEREST FEATURE ON WITH ZERO INT FREQ

21 INTEREST FEATURE ON A NON INTEREST ACCT

22 NXT CYCLE DATE NOT CURRENT W/STMT FREQ

23 CYCLE XXX INTEREST FREQUENCY 99 REQUIRED

26 CYCLE XXX INTEREST FREQUENCY 99 INVALID (If this error exists, no APY will be printed on the statement. Valid interest frequencies for this statement frequency are 1, 3, 6, or 12.)

27 CERTIFICATE WITH ZERO INTEREST RATE

140 CERTIF TERM DOES NOT MATCH MATURITY DATE (If the account’s term is days, months, or years, this report will not consider the date comparison as an error if the maturity date is within three days prior to or three days after our calculated date.)

170 RETIREMENT ACCOUNT MISSING BIRTH DATE

197 RETIREMENT PLAN MEETS THE RMD AMOUNT

198 RETIREMENT CONTRIBUTIONS EXCEEDED

199 RETIREMENT PLAN EXCEEDS 5 YEAR PAYOUT

200 ESA OWNER 30 YEARS OR OLDER

210 CLOSED ACCOUNT CURRENT BALANCE IS NOT ZERO

211 CLOSED ACCOUNT ACCRUED INTEREST NOT ZERO

220 DROPPING ACCOUNT CURRENT BALANCE NOT ZERO

221 DROPPING ACCOUNT YEAR TO DATE INTEREST NOT ZERO

242 CYCLE DATES ERROR CONTACT CUST SERVICE

243 W4P EXPIRATION MMDDCCYY HAS EXPIRED

244 LAST MATURITY ROLL DATE IS NOT VALID

245 MATURITY DATE ON ACCOUNT IS NOT VALID

246 CERTIFICATE TERM CANNOT BE ZERO

247 DATE OPENED ON ACCOUNT IS NOT VALID

248 MATURITY DATE ON ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED

249 HOLD CODE ON ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED

250 W8 EXP DATE ON ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED

251 NO W9 ON FILE (This error will not print if “W9 ON FILE” = “N,” but the date opened is less than 1984; it will also not print if “W9 ON FILE” = “N” and “W8 ON FILE” = “Y.”)

252 APY NOT CALCULATED, DMNAPY=Y (DMNAPY is set whenever the interest frequency, statement frequency, or accrued interest is file maintained on an account. The APY will not appear on the statement for the current cycle.)

Totals and Subtotals Provided

Subtotals for this report are presently only available by branch. If you would like to use this option, a work order must be submitted with your request.

 

If subtotaling by other fields on the report is desired, a work order should be submitted with a list of the fields by which to subtotal.
