Teller Activity Report (FPSDR061)

Availability

This report is normally run weekly on Friday or Saturday nights in the afterhours. Consult your customer service representative if you want to schedule this report differently.

 

Purpose

The Teller Activity Report displays the teller activity on an hourly basis. The report will show up to three tellers per page (or two tellers and subtotals).

 

There is an institution option that excludes teller file maintenance items from the transaction total. Send a work order if you want to use this option.

 

If the option to exclude file maintenance is turned on, only monetary transactions will be included on this report.

GOLDPoint Systems Only: If the first Misc Parm = Y, only the days that are in the last week of the current month will be printed on the report. This option should only be used when running at monthend.

 

If the sixth Misc Opt = Y, only monetary transactions will print.

Column

Description

Time (MST) Interval

This shows the hours (Mountain Standard Time) when the transactions were performed.

Monday - Saturday

These are the transactions counts for Monday through Saturday. These counts are all cleared on the last processing day of the week. A report run on Thursday would not have any data for Friday or Saturday.

Week

This is the sum of the Monday through Saturday totals.

Month

This is the total number of transactions for the month-to-date within each hourly category.

Quarter

This is the total number of transactions for the quarter-to-date within each hourly category.

Year

This is the total number of transactions for the year-to-date within each hourly category.

 

Totals and Subtotals Provided

Subtotals are provided by office number while totals are given at the bottom of each category.
