This report is generally run at monthend in the afterhours. Consult your GOLDPoint Systems banking consultant if you want to schedule this report differently.

Purpose

The Credit History Report lists all accounts with the checking feature. It gives important information on checking accounts that relate to credit reporting based on the account’s statement cycle fields.

The standard sort fields can be used.

The information provided on the report includes the following:

•Account number

•Short name

•Date opened

•Number of overdrafts in cycle, year-to-date, and life-to-date

•Date last overdraft

•Number of returned checks in cycle, year-to-date, and life-to-date

•Minimum balance

•Low balance

•Average balance

•Current balance

Report Column Information

Column	Description
Account Number	This is the office number (DMACTO), account number (DMACTA), and check digit (DMCKDG) for the transaction.
Short Name	This is the IRS owner's short name on the account taken from the CIF System (SHNAME).
Date Opened	This is the date the account was opened (DMDTOP).
# Overdraft CTD	This is the number of overdrafts in the last cycle-to-date (DMODCY).
# Overdraft YTD	This is the number of overdrafts in the last year-to-date (DMODXD).
# Overdraft LTD	This is the number of overdrafts in the account life-to-date (DMODLD).
Date Last Overdraft	This is the date of the last overdraft (DMDTOD).
# Ret Checks CTD	This is the number of returned checks in the last cycle-to-date (DMRCCY).
# Ret Checks YTD	This is the number of returned checks in the last year-to-date (DMRCYD).
# Ret Checks LTD	This is the number of returned checks in the account life-to-date (DMRCLD).
Minimum Balance	This is the minimum balance limit on the account (DMMNBL).
Low Balance	This is the low balance of the account for the current cycle (DMLOBL).
Average Balance	This is the average balance of the account for the current cycle (DMAUBL).
Current Balance	This is the current balance of the account (DMCRBL).

Totals and Subtotals Provided

Totals are provided for the total number of selected (checking) accounts, low balances, average balances, and current balances.
