Availability

This report can be run daily.

Purpose

The Internal History File Maintenance Report displays all in-house GOLDPoint Systems file maintenance performed to institution options and other records on the system. It can be run once per machine as necessary. This report is not used by GOLDPoint Systems clients. This report displays the following information.

•Record type

•Date and time

•Employee number

•Terminal ID

•Name

•Field

•Repeat field number

•Description

•Old data

•New data

This report is sorted by time of day.

Report Column Information

Column	Description
RC TP	This column displays the record type file maintained.
Date	This column displays the date and time that file maintenance occurred.
Employee #	This column displays the number of the GOLDPoint Systems employee who performed the file maintenance.
Terminal	This column displays the terminal identification number where file maintenance took place.
Name	This column displays the GOLDPoint Systems employee name that performed the file maintenance.
Field	This column displays the field that was file maintained.
RP	This column displays the number of times a field has been file maintained, if more than once.
Description	This column displays a description of the field that was file maintained.
Old Data	This column displays the field data before file maintenance occurred.
New Data	This column displays the field data after the file maintenance occurred.

Totals and Subtotals Provided

Institution totals are provided for the number of records in the report.
