Accounts Out of Balance with History Report (FPSDR023) |

Availability
This report is run as needed in the afterhours.
Purpose
The Accounts Out of Balance with History Report shows any differences between the master balance and a total of all money transactions and the balancing history item. It will only be run if the File Activity Balancing Report (FPSDR019) is showing an out-of-balance condition.
The report can be sorted by office number or account number.

Account Number |
This is the office number (DMACTO), account number (DMACTA), and check digit (DMCKDG) for the account. |
Date |
This is the date of the transaction shown (DZTRND). |
Time |
This is the time of the transaction shown (DZTIME). |
Code |
This is the code of the transaction shown (DZTCOD). |
Md |
This is the mode of the transaction shown (DZTMOD). |
Tllr ID |
This is the Employee or Teller ID number of the person who performed the transaction (DZEMPX). |
Tran Amount |
This is the amount of the transaction (DZTRAM). |
Running Balance |
This is the calculated running balance (Beg + DZTRAM). |
Difference |
This is the difference between the current and running balance. |
Totals and Subtotals Provided
Subtotals are provided for the number of history record, current balances, running balances, and differences (only printed if non-zero).
Totals are also provided at the end of the report for the number of master records, number of History records, total of current balances, total of running balances, and total differences.
