This event runs in the daily afterhours on the last processing day of the month. It creates an event for all accounts with a W-8 form on file that has an expiration date in the next month.

 

You can use alternate addresses to mail the W-8 Expiration Form to addresses different from all other mailings for your accounts. Alternate addresses are set up through CIS.

Event Letter: 0001 = Checking, 0002 = Savings, 0003 = Certificate, 0004 = Retirement
