This screen contains a button.
Click this button to reset a customer's GOLDPhone PIN to the last four digits of customer's Social Security number (SSN). This screen is only used for institutions and accounts that use GOLDPhone.
Note: You must have proper security in order to reset GOLDPhone PINs. The security is found under Deposits > Account Information > Remote Banking Reset PIN Number on the Security > Setup screen > CIM GOLD tab. Your security supervisor will need to set this option for you. |

In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to it on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for it on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
