This section of the Average Balances/Neg Fees tab is divided into four field groups, each representing a quarter of the fiscal year (and titled correspondingly).

 

Each field group contains the average customer account balance for each month in the quarter, followed by the average balance for the entire quarter.

 

The field containing the present quarter's averages will appear on the screen as Current Quarter Average.

 

These fields are all updated automatically by the system and are not file maintainable.
