Use this field group to modify the e-mail templates sent to customers by your institution. See the Email Configuration tab help page to learn about the use of buttons on this tab.

 

Use these fields to indicate an Email Template to edit and select its Subject and Body text.

 

 

The Available Tags list view displays all previously created tags that can be added to the Body of the e-mail template. Select a tag in the list view and click <Insert Tag> to add the tag to the email template being created/edited.
