Type field group
This field group displays information about the selected customer Address. Use the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen to change address information. If you do not have security access to the Households screen, you can use the CIF tab on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen, then click the Addresses link.

Mnemonic: NAADTP |
This field displays the format type for the selected customer Address. Available types are:
•Domestic with standardization •Foreign, formatted as City/Postal Code/Country (e.g., Toyko 139, Japan) •Foreign, formatted as City/Country/Postal Code (e.g., Vancouver BC, Canada, V6J 3S6) •Foreign, formatted as Postal Code/City/Country (e.g. 06200 Nice, France) •Domestic address, no address standardization
CIM GOLD defaults to a standardized domestic address with ZIP, state, and county code fields. Standardized domestic address formatting gives all directions (North, South, East, and West) abbreviations (N, S, E, and W) as well as words like road, lane, boulevard, etc., their standard abbreviations. Otherwise, the system will print the address exactly as entered. |
Mnemonic: NAMAIL |
This field displays the mail code for the selected customer Address. This 2-digit code determines the mailing status of the customer's account documentation. Available codes are:
10 - Normal (default) 20 - Will Call - do not mail 30 - Bad Address - do not mail 40 - Give to operations department 50 - Sort to top of earnings check batch |
Mnemonic: NAADVC |
This field displays a code that indicates the type of advertising inserts or mailers to include with the statements sent to the customer selected in the Addresses list view. Advertising codes are set up for your institution on the Miscellaneous > Advertising Messages > Advertising Message screen and applied to customer households on the Households screen. |
Mnemonic: NACENS |
This field contains the Census tract code used to identify and categorize the selected customer Address. Standard codes are found in the Freddie Mac (FHLMC) manual. |
Mnemonic: NASMSA |
This field contains a code used in conjunction with the Census Tract number to represent a further breakdown of the area in which the address for the customer selected in the Addresses list view is located. Standard codes are found in the Freddie Mac (FHLMC) manual. |
