We have updated the way the Funding Balance screen shows other payoff amounts on a refinancing loan. Previously, the Funding Balance screen would show a total amount of all outstanding loans connected to a borrower. Now the system shows the amount of each loan and payoff.

 

For example, if a customer has three loans with your institution and chooses to refinance those three loans into a new loan, the Funding Balance screen will show each of the payoff amounts for those three loans.
