Transfer fields have been programmed for TCPA consent information, and as such the TCPA project is now complete. For more information about the TCPA project, see the CIM GOLD What's New Version 7.9.10 (which includes links to relevant CMPs advertised in past Updates) and/or help documentation for the TCPA fields in CIM.

 

The following fields are now available for transferring TCPA information to CIM:

 

•The DIALER_CONSENT_PNB field transfers information into the Dialer Consent field (P0DCON)

•The DIALR_CONSENT_DT_PNB field transfers information into the Dialer Consent Date field (P0CRDT). If this date is invalid, the current date will be entered at the time of boarding.

 

These transfer fields can be added to your loan programs in GOLDTrak PC, eGOLDTrak, and GOLDTrak Express. Your GOLDPoint Systems account manager can help adjust any of your loan programs to include these fields. Once these fields are completed during the loan origination process, they will be boarded into CIM GOLD on the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen > Phones tab.

 

These fields ensure that phone numbers are compliant with TCPA standards.
