Speed Up to CIM GOLDTeller

CIM GOLD version 7.20.6

We have configured some back-end programming so CIM GOLDTeller will run faster, especially in regards to reading journal files. We have also fixed an "out of memory" error. This is in preparation for the upcoming programming that will be replacing the DB4.
