Navigation:  Internet and Phone Systems Screens > Setup Screen Group > Security Options Screen > CIM GOLD Screen Options tab > Personal Options field group

Use the Personal Web Users Only field (mnemonic WOPERS) to indicate whether only personal remote users are allowed to access their accounts through your institution's website.

 

If this field is marked, remote users representing companies will be prohibited from accessing their accounts online.
