Navigation:  Internet and Phone Systems Screens > Setup Screen Group > Security Options Screen > Security Options tab > Account List field group

Use the Hide Closed Accounts field (mnemonic WOOCLD) to indicate whether closed accounts should be hidden from appearing on CIM GOLD account lists.
