UCC Release Fee Table Screen |

Use the Release Fee fields in the list view on this screen to indicate UCC release fees assigned by your institution to United States municipal entities (states, Armed Forces posts, protectorates, etc).
UCC release fees are collected either at loan closing or loan payoff and are assigned to customer loan accounts at origination. UCC stands for Uniform Commercial Code. This code is a set of laws regulating commercial transactions, especially ones involving the sale of goods and secured transactions. Miscellaneous > Tables > UCC Release Fee Table Screen
Once fee information has been entered, click <Save>.
In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to it on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for it on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
