Use this tab to view your institution's file maintenance history for custom screens created on the Variable Screens screen. This screen is used for reference purposes.

History items appear in the left list view on this tab once parameters for a system search are set in the fields above and <Get History> is clicked. See below for further information about these search fields.

Field

Description

Date

Use the Beginning and Ending fields to establish a range of dates to use in the history search. If only a Beginning date is entered, the system will display history items from that date onward. If only an Ending date is entered, the system will display history items up until that date.

Time

Use the Beginning and Ending fields to establish a range of times (in correspondence with the Date fields) to use in the history search. If only a Beginning time is entered, the system will display history items from that time onward. If only an End time is entered, the system will display history items up until that time.

Employee

Use the Beginning and Ending fields to establish a range of employee ID numbers to use in the history search. If only a Beginning number is entered, the system will only display history items for the indicated teller/employee number. If only an Ending number is entered, the system will display history items for all employee numbers up to the indicated number.

Screen ID

Use the Beginning and Ending fields to establish a range of custom screen ID numbers to use in the history search. If only a Beginning number is entered, the system will only display history items for the indicated custom screen number. If only an Ending number is entered, the system will display history items for all custom screen numbers up to the indicated number.

 

Left list view

The information displayed in the left list view includes the Screen ID where file maintenance took place, the Date and Time it took place, the Employee ID number of the person who performed the file maintenance, a brief description of the Action performed, and any accompanying Description for the file maintenance. Select a history item in the left list view to view further information about that history item in the right list view (see below).

 

Right list view

The information displayed in the right list view includes the Field ID number on which file maintenance took place, the number of Repetitions of file maintenance, the Description of the field, and a brief description of the Action performed. Select a history item in the right list view to view further information about that history item in the bottom list view (see below).

 

Bottom list view

The information displayed in the bottom list view includes the Field Property of the field on which file maintenance took place, the Mnemonic of the field, the number of Repetitions of file maintenance, the Old Data that was displayed in the field before file maintenance, and the New Data in the field following file maintenance.
