File Services Plus > Statistics

This screen provides information that may be useful in determining activity and disk usage for the File Services Plus database. It is accessed from the File Services Plus drop-down menu in CIM GOLD or GOLDTrak PC.

	Note: This screen cannot be accessed unless the user has proper security. See File Services Plus CIM GOLD Security Settings for more information.

File Services Plus > Statistics Screen

This screen is divided into three main field groups:

Field Group	Description
Attached Files	This field group displays the number of files uploaded to CIM GOLD by your institution, as well as the amount of space they use on your system's servers. This field group shows data for the present day, week, month, and year, as well as grand totals for the entire lifespan of the system.
Deleted Files	This field group displays the number of files deleted from CIM GOLD by your institution, as well as the amount of space their deletion made available on your system's servers. This field group shows data for the present day, week, month, and year, as well as grand totals for the entire lifespan of the system.
Custom	This field group displays statistics for both Attached and Deleted files (see above) during a user-specified time period. Use the drop-down calendars to designate a time period and click <Update> to see the desired information in this field group.
