	Note: A software license is required for each PC that uses CIM GOLD, whether CIM GOLD is installed on the PC or CIM GOLD is shared through a network server.

Hardware

Minimum Configuration

•486 computer

•16 MB RAM

•VGA monitor

•Host communications facilities

•*25 MB free hard disk space

•Access to GOLDPoint Systems host communications facilities.

•.Net Framework 2.0 (if not, then CIM GOLD Version 2.0.0 or greater will upgrade your .Net Framework to version 2.0).

Recommended Configuration

•Pentium computer

•32 MB RAM

•SVGA monitor

•Host communications facilities

•*25 MB free hard disk space

* Hard disk requirements will increase with each application you install on your PC. Contact GOLDPoint Sytems before ordering your equipment.

Software

Minimum Configuration

•Rumba APPC Client, Version 4.3 or higher (32-bit)

•TCP/IP or SNA Server, Version 2.11 or higher (32-bit)

Recommended Configuration

•Windows 2000 or above operating system

Installation

CIM GOLD and all updated versions of CIM GOLD can be downloaded from the GOLDPoint Systems secure site. You must have a valid user identification number and user name in order to log on. Contact GOLDPoint Sytems for help gaining access to the Web site.

Complete the following steps to install CIM GOLD:

2.Click Software Download. The Software Download Menu page will appear, listing all GOLDPoint Systems software and their download files.

3.Click the desired program name to begin downloading the version listed. The File Download dialog will appear.

4.Click <Open> to download CIM GOLD.

5.Follow the installation instructions that appear on the screen.
