Use this field group to view and edit statistical information about the property indicated in the Property Address field group.
The fields in this field group are as follows:

Mnemonic: LTSTCD |
Use this field to indicate the state code where the property is located. GOLDPoint Systems recommend this field not be changed from its original value at origination. |

Mnemonic: LTCOCD |
Use this field to indicate the ID number of the county where the property is located. County codes are institution-defined and are usually automatically assigned to customer profiles at origination. |

Mnemonic: LTCICD |
Use this field to indicate the ID number of the county where the property is located. City codes are institution-defined. |

Mnemonic: LTDWEL |
Use this field to indicate the number of dwelling units on the property. |

Mnemonic: LTCENS |
Use this field to indicate the census tract code for the property. Use standard federal codes in this field. |

Mnemonic: LTCRAC |
Use this field to indicate an ID number for the loan record so it can be extracted by report writers. |

Mnemonic: LTMSAC |
Use this field to indicate the census SMSA code for the property (up to 5 digits). Use standard federal codes in this field. SMSA codes are used to further categorize the area in which the property is located. Updating this field updates SMSA information in other CIM GOLD fields. |
