The two main list views on this screen display system history comparing the Original and Modified parameters of a customer account that has undergone balance, interest, or charge/fee adjustments.
If more than one adjustment exists for the selected customer account, use the History Analysis Events list view (at the top of the screen) to select which adjustment's information to view in the main list views below.

In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to it on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for it on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
