Description

FPSDR150-1

1099-INT Customer Information Report

This report shows all accounts where 1099-INT statements were created. This report is printed in short name order (last name and two digits of first name) and includes a balancing report that you will need to balance your IRS transmittal. This is the only report that breaks out any loan reserve interest. See Appendix: Deposit Year-end Reports Balancing below for more information.

FPSDR150-2

1099-INT Social Security Report

The 1099INT Social Security report is printed in Social Security number/EIN/TIN order. There are two different types for the Social Security List. One report displays the account dollar figures, and the second report (below) displays the address information.

FPSDR150-3

1099-INT Social Security Address Report

The 1099INT Social Security Address Report shows tax identification numbers (TINs) and the associated account(s) and name and address information. Invalid customer numbers (CIDs) will be sent to the IRS with blank TINs. The report is sorted by tax identification number, then by account number within each tax identification number.

Detailed information on interest, withholding, and penalty amounts for retirement accounts will print on this report. However, retirement accounts will not print a 1099-INT form or go to the IRS for reporting.

FPSDR150-4

1099-INT Alpha Report

The 1099INT Alpha Listing report may be sorted either by short name within office or by short name within institution. You will indicate which sorting method you prefer on the year-end form.

FPSDR150-5

1099-INT Numeric List (Account Number Order)

The Numeric Listing is printed in account number order and contains the same information as the Alpha Listing.

1099-INT Exception Report

The 1099-INT Exception Report shows accounts that have exceptions, and therefore, did not generate a 1099-INT form. It is sorted by account number, then by SSN/TIN number within each account. Exception reasons are displayed in the last column under the heading CDE. They are shown using a three-digit code.

You may need to manually create a 1099-INT form in IRS GOLD based on information from this report, should your review of these accounts discover errors that require sending a 1099-INT form.

This report is also needed to balance your IRS transmittal. See Appendix: Deposit Year-end Reports Balancing below for more information.

See the 1099-INT Exception Report in DocsOnWeb for more information.

FPS1099T

1099I IRS Tape Totals Report

The 1099I IRS Tape Totals Report is created with 1099 forms to show the total amount reported to the IRS for 1099-INT reporting. Balance this report with your transmittal to the IRS. This is not an optional report.

See Appendix: Deposit Year-end Reports Balancing below for more information.
