Daily Deposit Accrued Interest Download (FPSDR192) |

Availability
This report should be run daily in the afterhours. It also must be downloaded every day to be useful.
Purpose
This report lists all open accounts based on the general category criteria selected, which generally should only be interest-bearing accounts. Closed and unopened accounts are excluded from this report. This is a comma-delimited file only; no report is produced. Totals and headings will not appear. The file will be placed in the GOLDPoint Systems transfer program, File Transfer Utility, in the data staging area for download and viewing in any compatible PC product (such as Microsoft® Excel). The file is replaced each day with the new data. If a download is missed, it cannot be returned on a later date.
The following fields appear in the file download:
•Account number
•Current balance
•Interest rate
•Product code
•Interest accrued through today
•Carriage Return and Line Feed (CR/LF) at the end of each record
The file can be sorted by office number and account number.

The Critical field must be "1" to "4." |

Account Number |
This column displays the office number (DMACTO), account number (DMACTA), and the check digit (DMCKDG) for the account. |
Current Balance |
This column displays the current balance of the account, pulled from the Current Balance field (DMCRBL) on the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen in CIM GOLD. |
Interest Rate |
This column displays the interest rate of the account, pulled from theInterest Rate field (DMRATE) on the Features/Options tab of the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen in CIM GOLD. |
Product Code |
This column displays the product code of the account, pulled from theProduct Code field (DMPDCD). |
Interest Accrued Through Today |
This column displays the interest amount accrued through the day the report is produced, pulled from the Interest Accrued to Today field on the Features/Options tab of the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen in CIM GOLD. |
