Availability
Combined Debenture (certificate account) Statements can be set up to run semi-annually in June and December or annually in December.
Purpose
This report prints statements for all the certificate accounts belonging to an IRS owner within the same household. First it is sorted by IRS account owner, then by the first mailing address on the account. If the account owner has multiple accounts, they will be sorted in account number order and printed on one statement (unless they have different mailing addresses or are in different households).
The following information is printed on the statement:
•Account number
•Interest rate
•Issue amount
•Current balance
•Issue date
•Next maturity date
•Final maturity date
GOLDPoint Systems Only: The first Sort field must be set to "80," and the critical fields must be "1" to "22." (Having the critical fields set "1" to "22" will make a separate statement for each IRS owner. Separate statements for an IRS owner will be created if the IRS owner owns accounts in different households or accounts with different mailing addresses.)
The second and third Sort fields must be set to "1" and "2," respectively, to sort each statement in account number order. |
