Availability

This report can be processed monthly or quarterly.

Purpose

Sendero's deposit File PC Download report is designed to report all accounts that are downloaded for the Sendero Data Solutions software. This program creates both a downloadable file and a report of what is in the file.

This report must be sorted by account number for the file to sort correctly.

	GOLDPoint Systems Only: These reports can be run one time per day.

Report Column Information

See FPSDR133 Example for an example of this report.

Column Heading	Description
Account Number	This field shows the number of the account that was downloaded.
Product Code	This field displays the product code used on the listed account.
Balance	This field displays the current balance of the account at the time it was downloaded.
Rate	This field displays the interest rate applied to the account.
Mat Date	This field displays the next maturity date of the account.
Deposit Type	This field displays the user-defined account type code.
Interest Frequency	This is the interest frequency that is applied to the account. Exceptions: frequency 1DD will be a 1 because it is monthly, frequency 2WD will show as 98, and interest paid only at maturity will show as 99.
Term In Mo	This is the term of the CD calculated by months.

Totals and Subtotals Provided

The total institution reported is the total number of accounts printed on the report.
