Availability

This report can be processed anytime (monthly or quarterly) an institution would like a tape created or a file downloaded for marketing purposes.

Purpose

The purpose of the FTI or Harland Tape Creation Program is not to create a report, but to create a disk file that can then be used in another media. Currently, the program creates two different kinds of layouts, the first for Financial Technology Inc., and the second for Harland. The fields that are included on the tape are from the deposit (DM) and CIF (MN) records. The information on tape is in account number order.

Special programming must be completed for the disk file to be created and used in other mediums.

	GOLDPoint Systems Only: To create an FTI tape, the letters "FTI" must appear in the Misc Parm field in the report setup. To create a Harland tape, the letters "HAR" must appear in the Misc Parm field in the report setup. To allow the account number to be formatted in a OO AAAAAACC format (without spaces), set miscellaneous option 1.
