This report is run quarterly in the afterhours.
Purpose
The CIF Batch Assignments Report displays all information on the FPS CIF Assign N/A to Batch Reports screen (Application 9, function 43/44).
This report displays the following information:
Household number
Report number
Statement number
Last name
Address
Account to get checks
Combined accounts
This report is sorted by type of batch assignment.
Note: This system is currently only accessible in inquiry mode for GOLDPoint Systems clients, but will eventually be opened up for input to all institutions for internal auditing purposes. Further documentation will be made available when this system is opened up for internal auditing. Features that will be available are listed below. |

Household # |
This column displays the household number for combined account setups. |
Rpt# |
This column displays the report number for various combined account setups. Report #1 is for combined statements. Report #2 is for combined earnings checks. Report #3 is not used. Report #4 is for combined analysis. Report #5 is for combined safe deposit box totals. |
Stmt |
This column displays the statement record for combined account setups. For example, 0001-0004 is for changes to the fourth combined statement account setup. |
Last Name |
This column displays the IRS owner’s last name on the account. It is taken from the CIF System (MNLNAM). |
Address |
This column displays the mailing address for this account. |
Acct To Get Cks |
This column displays the account designated to receive checks for the combined statement or the account to charge for combined analysis. |
Combined Accounts |
This column displays all the accounts attached to the combined statement or the account the box is billed to on combined safe deposit boxes. |
Totals and Subtotals Provided
Institution totals are provided for the number of batch assignment records in each section.
