Totals and Subtotals Provided

Subtotals give a detail of how many opened accounts fall within dollar ranges, then the total dollar amount for each range, and last the average dollar amount for each range. The ranges are:

0.00 TO 49.99

50.00 TO 99.99

100.00 TO 499.99

500.00 TO 999.99

1,000.00 TO 2,499.99

2,500.00 TO 9,999.99

10,000.00 TO 49,999.99

50,000.00 TO 99,999.99

100,000.00 TO 999,999,999,999.99

A total is then given for all accounts within the current subtotal for the number of accounts opened, the total value of the accounts opened, and the average account balance for the accounts opened.

A product code summary is also given at the subtotal level for the number of accounts opened per product code, the total value of the accounts opened per product code, and the average account balance in that product code.

Report Selection Options

The report will default to listing all accounts opened within the last week. Other available options for selecting accounts for this report are as follows:

All accounts opened from the first of the current month to the current date.

All accounts opened in the previous month.

All accounts opened in the current year.

All accounts opened in the previous year.

All accounts opened on the run date only.

Miscellaneous Information

If a particular account does not have an 1100 tran code (open account transaction) in its history record, “-NA-” will be printed in the Teller ID column to indicate that the teller ID number for this transaction is not available. This is a rare occurrence and will only appear if history was purged for the date recorded as the Date Opened for this account. The “-NA-” message may also appear if an institution was converted to the GOLDPoint Systems Deposit System without converting all previous history for an account.

If the institution has more than 250 different product codes on which accounts have been opened during a particular cycle, the report will print “PROD CODE TABLE FULL - PLEASE NOTIFY FPS" at the beginning of the report. The program is limited to 250 different product codes. If your institution uses more than 250 product codes per report, GOLDPoint Systems will need to expand the table holding the product code summary information. The number 250 was chosen as large enough to accommodate most institutions while keeping the program size within acceptable limits.

This report can be displayed with the referring teller on a second line. Send in a work order if your institution would like this option.

This report can show the full name of the IRS account owner on a second line. If both the referring teller and the full name are requested, both will appear on the second line. Send in a work order if you institution would like this option.
