This is the number of the program that creates the report. Most loan reports begin with "FPSDR" followed by a 3-digit number. Various versions of the same report can have the same program name but different report codes. Occasionally additional versions will begin with just "FPSD." You cannot make changes to this field unless you are setting up a new report or copying a report.
