An institution that works in a Citrix environment found some conflicts when printing checks from one tray and documents from another tray. We have implemented some changes that should fix this error.

In order to match up the correct printer name in a Citrix environment, the printing code has been changed to strip off the text that Citrix added to the printer name in PRINTER_DEFINITION, and also strip off the Citrix text from the available printer names. Then the system does a comparison to identify the printer that was originally selected. This change is being made in the following places:

1. In GOLDTrakPC at print time.

2. In GOLDTrakPC Setup in Office Options when gathering the available trays for the selected printer.
