Enhancements have been added to the Auto Plus/Home & Auto (FIMC) screen, specifically the use of the <Get Available Plans> button, to minimize the potential for irrelevant information to cause errors and confusion during the process of selecting policies.

 

When a user clicks <Get Available Plans>, a dialog will appear and display all existing policies that are relevant to the account (if there are no existing policies that can apply to the account, this dialog will not appear). The dialog instructs the user to select the appropriate policy. If the user selects one of these policies, that policy will appear in the main FIMC list.

 

If the user clicks <Cancel> in the dialog, they will be allowed to create a new policy for the account. The user will not be allowed to create a new policy for an account that already has a policy assigned to it.
