A new institution option is available that will flag any duplicate applications that were started from the same Social Security number dating from a specified number of days back. When this institution option is on, GOLDTrak PC will show another column, Poss Dup Apps, where applications with the same SSN’s are flagged appropriately, as shown below:

 

 

This helps your front-end loan officers immediately know if another application was previously started for this person.

 

Some additional setup and database connections are required before this option will work. If your institution is interested in setting up this new option, please contact your GOLDPoint Systems account manager.
