GOLDTrak PC loan applications are now locked when documents are being signed and the following message is displayed if a user attempts to close or save the application:

 

By clicking the “Sign” button, the application was automatically saved. Any changes that occurred after that time will need to be re-entered once the document upload is complete and the application is unlocked.

 

The following changes have been made to how the Documents screen functions after the user presses the <Sign> button:

 

•Locks the buttons whenever in inquiry mode.

•After getting the PIN, the loan request is unlocked and forced into inquiry mode.
