We have updated boarding to show more feedback messages during loan boarding. The following codes were not being furnished but now they are:

 

UF - Host User-defined information

PI - Host PMI Record information

RD - Host Reserve Disbursement Record information

LB - Host LIP information (budget - FPLX)

RB - Host FHA Risk-Based information

LT - Flood Insurance

ML - Host ML Record information (Miscellaneous Loan Fields)

IR - Host 1099-S information

OT - Host Loan Origination Tracking information

PZ - Host PZ Record information (Commercial Loan Property)

LZ - Host LZ Record info (Loan Payment and Rate Calculation)

 

The Account Alerts "record skipped" message is also in Boarding Messages, as well as Other Boarding Warnings.

 

Also, the text for the flood insurance warning has been updated to read: "Unable to read in the FLOOD_INSURANCE."
